Frequently Asked Questions
-
Q: Are there any long term commitments with Nexus Project?
A: No, all Plans are month-to-month. Additionally, you can easily upgrade or downgrade at any time to fit your current needs. This can be done by clicking the “Change Plan” button on the Projects Overview page.
-
Q: How is an “Active Project” defined? Archived?
A: An Active Project is a project in which you still need access to Add Documents/Files/Etc. Once you Archive a Project, those capabilities are removed. Archived Projects are kept for the life of your subscription with us and there are no limits in terms of the number of Archived Projects you can have. Keep in mind that attached files of Archived Projects still count against your File Storage Quota.
-
Q: What counts against the File Storage Quota?
A: At Nexus, we only count file and image attachments against your File Storage Quota. This means that any docs that are text only, do not count against your file storage!
-
Q: Some other services have File Quantity Limits as well as File Size Limits. Does Nexus Project have any such limits?
A: No, we do not impose any quantity limits on Files. We only limit total size to the amount listed in your Plan.
-
Q: Are there any other fees involved? I.e. Maintenance Fees, Upgrade Fees, etc.
A: No, unlike some of our competition, we do not charge fees for maintenance or upgrades. These costs are included with your subscription. Most new features will roll out to all Plan Levels, although there may be some that are reserved for the higher plans and/or add-ons. We don’t, however, charge for updates or fixes to current features.
-
Q: I have an idea for a new feature, how can I submit it to Nexus?
A: Great! We are always looking to improve the User Experience of Nexus Project. You can submit any new ideas through our Support form at nexusproj.com/support.
